Basic Gazpacho recipe
Ingredients

Directions
Put everything in a blender, and puree.
Refrigerate 15 minutes, or until cold.
Variations include substituting yellow tomatoes, red bell peppers, or balsamic vinegar, or adding a few sprigs of fresh basil.
