I’d like to think that all or almost all of you already know how to make spring rolls. They are one of my fave finger foods and ever since I’ve come across the oven-baked version, I’ve nominated them as my no1 Savoury Stuff, way better than deep fried street food and packaged crisps/ chips.
Very hearty and flavorful. The goat cheese complements the chili nicely. I took the advice of the previous reviewer and let it simmer for a couple hours after I mixed everything together.

Made this pasta with veggies for supper yesterday, and I was impressed. I wan't sure that if there would be enough flavor, and it actually came out quite tasty. I did add a bit hot chili sauce. A quick, easy and yummy one-pot meal.

This is a great recipe for a quick, easy lunch or lovely enough for a nice appetizer during your next dinner party!
So easy to make, and the dish came out super tasty. Instead of green bell pepper, I used sweet red bell peppers, didn't have mint, so used fresh basil leaves instead. Yum.
Sweet cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers and crunchy romain lettuce are tossed with a lemon-olive oil vinaigrette, and cheesy Parmesan croutons.
Very fine chicken. I wouldn't call it oriental but it's not a problem. Quite good over rice with dry fried black sesame seeds. Thanks for my tasty lunch.. :)

A delicious way to cook your leftover rice into a tasty meal. You can use pretty much any veggies you have on hand. Garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil give this fried rice and veggies lots of great flavors. Feel free to add some scrambled eggs or cooked chicken to give the protein a boost.
This is one of my favorites, and is always a hit when I bring it to potlucks.
