This buttery, tender gluten free pie or tart crust is akin to shortbread. It can be used for all kinds of pies or for savory tarts and quiche fillings. A tart pan with a removable bottom makes shaping the pie crust and cutting pies much easier.
This was very good, even my 7 year old daughter liked it. My 16 year old son loves things a bit spicier, so he added more zing to his, but said it was a definite keeper.
This is from Trader Vic's restaurants. We no longer have one here, unfortunately. I first had this back in the 70's. Don't leave out the A-1 (it makes a difference) and DON'T sweeten the whipped cream!

I love chocolate flavour from I was a kid, this chocolate dipped creams really very yummy, but sure, if eat too much, not very good for keep fit:)
