Easy to make, and it was packed with deliciousness and great texture. Will be making this dish very often.
It's a fun way to make a delcious Mexican dish. I browned one chopped onion along with some corn, then added to the black bean. It came out very tasty, and we enjoyed these melts with homemade fresh salsa.
Made this recipe for lunch today, and these quesadillas turned out cheesy and tasty, I used the fresh basil, parsely and dried oregano, I also put some minced garlic before I spread mixture, and at the end of the baking, I turned up the oven to 400 F degree, gave the tortillas a little bit brown on the edges, but watch them carefully, only took 2 to 3 minutes, and result was outstanding, I think this is a very flexible recipe too, you can put whatever vegetables you want, the flavour should be still excellent!
Sharp cheddar cheese, sauteed red onion, black bean and corn make a delicious filling for the quesadillas. Warm the assembled quesadillas in the pan, which melts the cheese nicely and crisp up the tortillas. Salsa is a great side to go along with these cheesy and warm quesadillas.
The crock pot was scrapped clean. Best rating I could have gotten. Everyone raved at how good it was.
