When I have abundant seasonal vegetables, I love making this vegetable casserole, and most of the time I just enjoy it with a loaf of good bread. That is all you need for a good meal.
I made this dish and thought it was too bland. I made it again, doubling all the Indian spices, and it came out much better.
This recipe worked very well with wild canadian goose. The stew was full of flavor and the meat was very tender. I will definatly use it again!
