Yum! I added some sliced red bell pepper strips to give the dish more colour. Used fresh broccoli instead of mixed frozen veggies, and added a drizzle of sesame oil and rice vinegar in the end as well as some sesame seeds. Enjoyed the dish with a bowl of rice, so good!
I have been making Belgium waffles for breakfast a few times recently. I personally like waffles better than pancakes. The super crispy outer layer is something that pancakes can't compete.

Quick, easy, and refreshingly delicious. I used Roma tomatoes, cored and finely chopped them. Used freshly seeded jalapeno peppers only. You don't need the store-bought usually over-salted salsa. This homemade version tastes great and much better for you :)

An easy yet delicious recipe. I followed the recipe, and used whatever I had on hand. Then just mixed them up, and baked in the oven until the cheese was nicely browned. I let the casserole rest for about 10 minutes, then served it. Overall a great dish.

Quite tasty. The tahini dressing made the whole dish sing. We used arugula instead of spinach. Delicious!
Delicious cornbread, and the texture was great. I used whole wheat flour, and the bread still came out soft and fluffy. Used 2 large eggs instead of 3 egg whites, 2% milk, and 2% yogurt instead of fat-free version, which definitely gave the cornbread a richer taste. Served it with homemade kale, potato and white navy bean soup. A delicious and hearty meal.
Who said dessert had to be difficult! This recipe is soooo easy and it turns out pretty good. Serve topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzle some hot fudge over it all. Your guests will love it! This is not one of my all-time favorite recipes, but it is definitely a really good recipe to have!
