What inspires me to cook the  most is my husband. He is very creative with cooking. I've learned alot from him. I was never much of a cook until we met. 

I love to grocery shop. I find all the bargins and cut coupons. I come up with ideas and recipes and love to shop for them. I come up with other ideas as I'm shopping as well. 

For fun, besides cooking; I love to scrapbook and make homemade cards. I like going to the movies and bowling. 

I love cooking Italian dishes. I make my sauce the way my grandma used to make it and meatballs too. I do a few things differently but it comes out just as good. 

I love to bake chocolate chip cookies. I used the recipe on the back of Nestle Tollhouse Cookies. But instead of sticks of butter, I use Country Crock in the tub. Everyone at work and my family loves my cookies. They turn out different everytime. Their moist, soft, and never burn at the bottom. 

My favorite resturants are Olive Garden and T.G.I. Fridays and Pepe's.
