I don't cook often, but when I do, I am always changing the recipes I use to make them better. Maybe I just have very particular tastes, but I can rarely find a recipe that sounds perfect just the way it is. And so, I alter alter alter! I decided it was time I kept a blog to keep track of my favorite recipe alterations in hopes it will make things easier for me and maybe inspire a few other people along the way.
