Crockpot Homemade Potato Soup

Make your own delicious homemade soup that's so easy to make. This recipe uses a slow-cooker so it's a simple place all ingredients into the slow cooker and let is simmer all day unattended.

Directions

Put all ingredients except milk and chives into a slow cooker or Crockpot®.

Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.

Stir in milk in last hour.

Serve topped with chives.

So much sodium content in this soup. Wow!!

Maybe if you use low salt or no salt chicken broth it would take away some of the sodium content.
