A very light, refreshing yet tasty salad, it's also very easy to make. It can be served right away or let marinate in the frige for overnight, it tastes even better next day.
Original chile con queso contains lots of fat, try this low-fat chile con queso, and cut at least half of the fat, but it tastes delicious, even better. Superbowl day, eat some homemade pita chips with this delicious dip, enjoy! The flavor is boosted by adding your favorite beer!
These roasted sweet potatoes go perfectly with the smoky and mildly spiced tangy lime sour cream. Definitely inspires you to cook sweet potatoes more often!

I love this baked omelet, the mixture of asparagus and mushroom created the crunchy and meaty texture, Swiss cheese gave the cheesy taste. The best thing is that you can prepare everything the night before, then you can bake it the next morning when you get up. Before going to work, have this delicious and nutritious dish for breakfast to start a beautiful day, isn't that beautiful :)
An amazing omelette with a bruschetta-like stuffing. Pleasing to the eye and incredibly satisfying to the belly. Makes for an impressive Sunday brunch sure to please.
A copycat recipe of a popular chinese chain in the US. The method used creates a super crispy skin for this roast chicken.
Pad Thai Tip: For even more flavor, I'll often make a double batch of the pad Thai sauce. Then, as I'm stir-frying the noodles, I'll add more sauce until I'm happy with the taste (I also add extra fish sauce). Any leftover sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
Put down the take-out menus, and make this Chinese favorite in the comfort of your home.
This scrumptious appetizer is made with cornmeal, buttermilk and zucchini.
Last week, went to Toronto, saw a big fat burrito restaurant, and the burrito definitely impressed me. Once we were back home, I found this recipe and made my own version. Definitely a delicious yet nutritious recipe that I recommend to everyone!!
I loved the mixture of the parmesan and swiss cheeses in this. I didn't realize I was almost out of rice so I ended up using 1.5c cooked rice and 0.5c cooked couscous. That turned out wonderful! I thought this would be more "tomato-y", and I used 1.5 cups of tomatoes, but it was still tasty. Also, I didn't bother to peel or seed the tomatoes.
Sichuan peppers is the key ingredient in this recipe, ginger, garlic, scallions and fresh red chili peppers stir-fried with bok choy. Very juicy and tasty, great with some rice or noodles.
