This is the first recipe that I felt I needed to rate. I misplaced it and had to resort to another recipe....very disappointing. This is the best sausage gravy recipe ever. I have rave reviews when I make it, as a matter of fact, a few people only know me by this treat at work. This is definitely 5 stars. No changes necessary!!

Often called simply ‘overnight oats’ Bircher muesli is an ideal breakfast food – it can be assembled the night before, left in the fridge overnight and enjoyed in the morning – there is no cooking required. It's also a perfect combination of plant-based protein, slow-release wholegrain carbohydrates, and essential fats. Love love these apple pancakes, and the cider syrup was just amazing. It was a nice change from maple syrup that I normally use. I think I will be making this syrup a lot from now on, needless to say that it's way cheaper than maple syrup :)
