please pronounce my name kshyhoo.. it's derived from Krzysztof, eng. Cristopher.. you can call me Chris if you like.. i'm cooking for years.. of course I know how to prepare many traditional Polish dishes, but I wonder how and what you cook.. 

East European cuisine is very close to me, but I like dishes not cuisines rather.. global cuisine that's what i like..
